This 792-pound shredder is engineered to last. It utilizes the same powerful cutter drum as its bigger cousin, the 40EX HammerHead, for durability and toughness. Its 30-inch width and 18 2.25-pound knives combined with 9 2-pound center knives provide maximum cutting capability for even the toughest jobs.
30EX-HD Series
Built to contractor quality standards, the 30EX HD weighs 860 pounds and offers all the toughness and durability for which BrushHound products are known. Its triple-flail design and high-performance drum offers maximum power and cutting efficiency using our triple knife configuration.
40EX Series
The 40EX combines 12 one-piece sharpened HammerHead knives with a 40-inch cutting width. The result is a potent blend of power, speed and control. It weighs 850 pounds and offers the same proven BrushHound quality, versatility and durability that allow operators to confidently approach any task.
40EX-HD Series
The BrushHound 40EX HD is built tough for the toughest jobs. It weighs 1,170 pounds, has a heavy-duty single-piece frame, a half-inch cutter drum and end plates that are 3/8” thick. It has an optional piston motor to adapt to high-pressure power units. It uses the innovative triple-flail knife design available on all BrushHound mowers.
50EX-HD Series
The BrushHound 50EX HD weighs 1,670 pounds and is designed for maximum professional brush-clearing durability. A piston motor is optional for high-pressure power units up to 5000 PSI. Features a severe duty 1/2” thick cutter drum and 5 pound Tungsten hammers are bolted to 1/2” thick ears with a 1” grade 8 bolt secured with a castle-nut and roll pin.
