9200 Series Corn Heads
9218 Rigid Corn Header - 18 rows
Overview:
HIGH CAPACITY, HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
New for model year 2025, the 9200 corn head series features a new high-capacity auger on the 12- and 16-row 30-inch models, allowing the head to smoothly feed corn from even the widest headers and highest ground speeds. These models are built to meet the high capacity potential of our CR10 and CR11 combines, while also equipped to help maximize productivity on our full CR combine line.

Features
NEW ROW UNIT
NEW ROW UNIT FEATURING IMPROVED DUAL ACTION DECK PLATE CONTROL
The 9200 series corn head features an updated dual-action deck plate control system which incorporates urethane bushings that provide approximately ¼-inch self-adjust gap functionality – allowing the deck plates to automatically compensate for variation on stalk diameter while harvesting. This new row unit is also redesigned to be lighter weight (compared to previous 30-inch corn head models) to minimize field compaction and fuel consumption, while also providing excellent durability to help drive down total harvesting cost. The gathering chain tension system has been improved through the addition of a travel limit link to ensure both chains remain in-time for optimal feeding, while also providing a simple de-tension functionality for gathering chain maintenance.

TALL CORN DIVIDERS
TALL CORN DIVIDERS COMPATIBLE WITH ACTIVE END AUGERS
New tall corn dividers have been designed to be compatible with active end augers to allow quick and simple changeover between crop conditions. When the tall corn dividers are not required, they can be securely stored on the back side of the header, revealing the optional active end dividers which assist with saving corn when stalks are leaning or down.
DUAL DRIVELINE DESIGN
DUAL DRIVELINE DESIGN IMPROVES LOAD MANAGEMENT
New to the 30-inch header models, a dual driveline design improves load management of drive components and gearboxes for chopping units. For non-chopping units, feeder and header connections are completed on the left side, simplifying the connecting and disconnecting process. 9200 series row unit and chopper clutches are commonized to a single clutch, increasing load capability. Repositioned grease zerks mitigate crop abrasion and debris concerns.
CHOPPER SLIP CLUTCH MONITOR
CHOPPER SLIP CLUTCH MONITOR FOR FAST RESOLUTION
To assist the operator – particularly when using a large header – the 9200 series header features sensors that will detect when a chopper slip clutch is being activated and provide in-cab indication of which portion of the corn head is slipping for quick identification, resolution and return to harvest.
PTO SELECTION
ENHANCED TO ACCOMMODATE CR COMBINES
9200 series 12- and 16-row chopping heads feature enhancements to better accommodate the power supplied from CR series combines. The PTO shaft connecting the feeder output shaft and right hand backsheet gearbox are available in multiple configurations depending on header size and combine base unit configuration.
ALL-MODEL COMPATIBILITY
COMPATIBLE WITH ALL NEW HOLLAND COMBINES
The 9200 series frame is designed for compatibility with the all-new CR11 and CR10 combines, as well as legacy CR and CX series machines. With compatibility provisions built in, no additional mounting kits are required.
