Rusler Implement Co. is a locally owned, full-service Tractor & Equipment dealership that has been servicing the farming/rural lifestyle community for over 60 years. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to fill a full-time Ag Technician/Diesel Technician position. Come join us and be part of our team.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for reconditioning, repairing, and assembling service equipment while ensuring high-quality work and repairs in the shop or in the field. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

* Diagnose problems and determine what repairs are needed
* Repair, service or assemble any machines
* Attend training classes and meetings that will ensure productivity and will provide for advancement in the company

Compensation:

* Compensation is commensurate with experience- Starting Salary Range: TBD.
The position’s hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12pm.

Additional hours may be required seasonally, outside of regular working hours and may consist of evenings.

Requirements:

* Ag and/or Diesel Certification Preferred, but not required.
* Two-year Ag Diesel Experience preferred
* Previous agricultural machinery service experience would be a great asset.
* Farming background and knowledge would be desirable but not required.
* Similar industry experience is acceptable
* Must possess a valid driver’s license.
